Track Name: Shatter
Shatter under the weight of truth,
Suffocate under the veil
You've blindly cast before your eyes.
Ruin and decay
Are all that remain of a world once pure,
Bury me under the illusion
Of all that you've ever known.

Drown in the river never crossed.
Burn with the kingdom you've created.

From the ashes may you open your eyes,
And see the world that you've left behind.
Track Name: Torchbearer
Open your eyes,
And meet the creation of your self-pity:
The one left to rebuild
From every second you've thrown away,
The one left to carry your torch
When the path ahead lay in shadows,
The one who will suffer
When the weight of valiance is suffocating.

And while I may find the strength to carry on,
I cannot carry this burden much farther.

But somehow determination prevails,
Either driven by aspiration
Or a devotion to idle love,
Neither of which bare the certainty
That my persistence was not forlorn.
Only the lingering truth,
That even the selfless will be betrayed.

This is what I have to give you,
What's left is lost,
For you will light my pyre,
Now make me a fucking martyr.
Track Name: Eleven
When no light remains,
And thoughts are lost upon a blank canvas
We find ourselves drifting
Between shades of black and white.

A hollow shell,
Nothing but vague shadows.

And so night falls,
Like waves crashing upon stone,
Dissolving cascades of memories,
Lost amongst the silence.

Between these dancing figures
Lays the temptation of escape,
Dividing the barrier between flesh and fiction.
Track Name: Ocean of Colour
Still grey fields, and black vein silhouettes
Idle beneath an auburn sky,
An ominous stage hosting unending tragedy.

When all is buried,
Only then will we lament the faded.

Like shards to sand, and sand to the sea,
We will all fade into eternity,
An endless cycle, until the last tear falls.
And as I stand, between beauty and decay,
I remember not what I have lost,
But what I will be remembered for.

Ruin consuming
Decrepit remains,
A broken landscape stained with pestilence.

Solace bound within reverie,
Above graves of the departed.

When all is buried,
Only then will we lament the faded.

Like shards to sand, and sand to the sea,
We will all fade into eternity
An endless cycle, until the last tear falls.
And as I stand, between beauty and decay,
I remember not what I have lost,
But what I will be remembered for.

When the sun meets the sky,
Where the moon breaks the earth,
You will find me here,
Drifting through an ocean of colour.
Track Name: Carving the World
I've lived to see adoration break,
and crumble under the plight of adversity;
Vows bound under hollow words.
Foundations, and illusions of hope
dissolve amongst a sea of temptation.

Only perseverance remains
On this path I've walked so long.
Through anguish we must rise,
To carve the world before our eyes.

Let valiance grow in the wake of affliction
And silence the deafening resonance of doubt.

I've seen dreams of salvation
fall through trembling hands
and wither in solitude.

Only perseverance remains
On this path I've walked so long.
Through anguish we must rise,
To carve the world before our eyes.

I've seen the will of the unbreakable
decay like fallen leaves.
And the pure corrupted by false convictions.
But I will remain still.

I watched as your shadow faded,
your fragrance lingering in idle air.
I watched our words collapse
and lay in ruin.

Through anguish we will rise,
To carve the world before our eyes.
